Who will install my system?
Our own in-house, licensed and SAA-accredited electricians. We don't use subcontractors.
Can I add a battery to my existing solar?
In most cases, yes. We'll check your current inverter, panels and switchboard during the site assessment and recommend the best way to add a battery.
Is there a rebate for home batteries?
Yes. The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program provides battery STCs on eligible batteries connected to solar, worth about $37 each on usable capacity from 5 to 50 kWh (roughly $1,250 to $6,400 off for batteries installed in 2026, depending on size), and we apply eligible discounts directly to your quote. The discount steps down by installation date, with the next step-down on 1 January 2027. Eligible households may also be able to use the NSW Home Energy Saver interest-free loan of up to $15,000 over 10 years when available, and a Home Energy Saver discount is coming soon. We'll check your eligibility.
Will a battery keep my power on in a blackout?
Some battery systems can provide backup power during an outage, depending on the battery, the inverter and how it's set up. We'll explain the options so you can decide if backup matters to you.
Will solar work on my roof?
Most roofs suit solar. We check orientation, pitch, shading and the condition of the roof during the site assessment, and if solar doesn't make sense for your home we'll tell you honestly.
Can I add a battery later?
Yes. We can design your solar so a battery is simple to add down the track, or add a battery to the solar you already have.
Will I need a switchboard upgrade for an EV charger?
Sometimes. It depends on your switchboard and supply. We check this before we quote so there are no surprises.
